Ranking of components and indicators for dealing with the Covid-19 epidemic (Case study: Kashan city)

Abstract
The unexpected outbreak of the coronavirus in Kashan and then its national spread has resulted in numerous consequences at the operational and structural levels, which have turned crisis management into a serious challenge. In this regard, the present study attempts to prioritize this component in addition to extracting effective indicators for dealing with the coronavirus based on the lived experience of experts in the field of treatment. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The quantitative and qualitative data of the study were collected in two stages. In the first stage, the research data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 experts in the field of treatment, and in the second stage, through a survey of 333 of them. The results of the study show that these types of comprehensive and predictive general narratives that arise from the general mentality and beliefs of the community cannot adequately reflect the specific needs and regional requirements. In fact, the economic, social, educational, and health dimensions that experts in the field of treatment emphasized have been ignored in some of these narratives. The results of the quantitative part of the research show that among the extracted indicators, the "drug interactions and identification of COVID-19" indicator ranks first among the most influential indicators. The last ranking is the indicators of "available physical space and location and use of planning before the outbreak of the epidemic," which have had a lesser impact on combating COVID.
