Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the relationship between organizational and job structure in the copper mining industry of East Azerbaijan. Methodology: The present research is of a descriptive-correlational type. Data were collected using the standard Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) and a researcher-made questionnaire for organizational structure. The statistical population included all mining companies (with more than 200 employees), from which 132 individuals were selected by sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22 software through Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The job survey showed that 28.8% of individuals had low job satisfaction, 48.5% had medium job satisfaction, and 22.7% had high job satisfaction. The development of the organizational structure also indicated a moderate perception of the use of structure (45.5% at a medium level). The relationship between organizational structure and job satisfaction was obtained using regression analysis (b=0.45, p=0.007). It showed that improving the organizational structure and paying attention to individuals' needs can lead to a significant increase in job satisfaction and productivity in mining companies.
