The relationship between job stress, quality of work life and willingness to leave the service (case study: Shahin Shahr fire department)

Abstract

The aim was investigate the relationship between job stress,quality of work life and willingness to leave service.The statistical population was made up of all the personnel of the fire stations and 70 people were selected as a sample.Data analysis was done with structural modeling method.the effect of job stress on the desire to leave the service is 36%, and the quality of work life is on the desire to leave the service53.based on the average job stress (103.92), the job stress status was average.Based on the average quality of work life (22.80), the quality of work life is below the average.Referring to the average value (43.92), the willingness to leave the service was close to the average level Job stress had a direct relationship of 36% with the desire to leave the service.The quality of work life had an inverse relationship of 53% with the desire to leave the service
