Abstract

Human resources in any organization are considered the most valuable resource of that organization. This importance has caused these valuable resources to be given more attention than before. Career history is one of the most important issues that occur in organizational environments and during work for employees and causes creates a lot of life and financial costs for employees and organizations. An occupational accident is an unplanned and uncontrollable event that leads to injury to people or damage to equipment and supplies and other side costs for the individual and the organization along with The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of safe behavior in the underlying factors of human error and its impact on accidents caused by human errors in the automobile assembly industry. For this purpose, the statistical population of the present study includes all people working in the automobile parts assembly industry
