Abstract
Accident management in industries is of the utmost importance to control and reduce its rate by adopting clever and preventive approaches. One of the most important issues that have received much attention in the face of unsafe practices by employers is the potential for disaster. In this study, to evaluate the level of incident talent among employees of South Pars Phase 14 project between 2018 and 2019, the Mapna Disability Assessment Questionnaire developed by MAPNA Company was used. The statistical population consisted of 339 employees in 2018-19 in critical year. The CVR and CVI indices were used to assess the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha test was used to assess the reliability of the questionnaire. The results showed that about 82% of individuals in 2018 were at the level of moderate incident susceptibility, 17% at high level and 1.5% at low level. Also in more than 67% of people were at high level of susceptibility, 14% at medium level and 10% at low level. There was no significant relationship between accident susceptibility and age in 2018 (P=0.00) and no significant relationship between 2019 (P = 0.472). Significant relationship was found between the variables of incident susceptibility and work experience and marital status ( <0.05). The results showed that with increasing age and work experience, the incidence of susceptibility to addiction was increased and also the susceptibility to incident susceptibility was lower than that of the single. As it is evident from the results, the situation of accident proneness in phase 14 of South Pars in 2018 is worse than in 2017, which doubles the importance and necessity of implementing management measures in this phase.
