Then, necessary steps were taken to quantitatively assess the identified risks and carry out the risk management process by distributing a questionnaire among 20 managers and using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method.<br /><br />The final output of this research was a ranking of the safety risks of the welfare facilities studied, according to the severity of the effect, probability of occurrence, and the ability to identify the risks. The results showed that there are 69 risks for military-grade welfare centers; the risk of electrocution due to electrical connections, decay, and wear and tear of part of the kitchen electrical system with a score of 205.9 has the highest risk level, and the risks of skin disease due to the use of non-standard detergents for washing the kitchen with a risk score of 38.8, and burns due to the spraying of strong detergents on parts of the body while washing the nursing home with a risk score of 38.3 are at the lowest risk level. Finally, in order to control the risk and complete the risk management process, the necessary solutions were presented to reduce the occurrence, severity, and consequences of those risks. به‌منظور تحقق‌این امر و ‌دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، در مرحله اول، ریسک‌های ایمنی ‌در اماکن رفاهی رده نظامی مربوطه و علل و پیامدهای وقوع آن ریسک‌ها، از روش مرور ادبیات، بررسی اسناد و حوادث به وقوع پیوسته احصا گردید، سپس برای ارزیابی کمی خطرات احصا شده و انجام فرایند مدیریت ریسک با کمک توزیع پرسشنامه تهیه‌شده میان 20 نفر از مدیران و با استفاده از روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل شکست و اثرات آن (FMEA) اقدام لازم صورت پذیرفت.<br /><br />خروجی نهایی این پژوهش به‌صورت رتبه‌بندی ریسک‌های ایمنی اماکن رفاهی موردمطالعه با توجه به میزان شدت اثر، احتمال وقوع و میزان قابلیت شناسایی ریسک‌ها مشخص گردید و نتایج نشان داد 69 خطر برای مراکز رفاهی رده نظامی وجود دارد؛ که خطر برق‌گرفتگی به علت اتصال برق، پوسیدگی و مستهلک شدن بخشی از سیستم برق‌کشی‌ آشپزخانه با عدد 9/205 دارای بالاترین سطح ریسک و خطرات ابتلا به بیماری پوستی به علت استفاده از مواد شوینده غیراستاندارد جهت شستشوی آشپزخانه با عدد ریسک 8/38 و سوختگی به علت پاشیدن مواد شوینده قوی به قسمتی از اعضای بدن در زمان شستشوی آسایشگاه با عدد ریسک 3/38 در پایین‌ترین سطح ریسک قرار دارند. در پایان به‌منظور کنترل ریسک و تکمیل فرایند مدیریت‌ریسک، راهکارهای لازم به منظور کاهش میزان وقوع، شدت و پیامدهای آن خطرات ارائه گردید. https://hse.ihu.ac.ir/article_210758_ffa752f4897b5dce0187d0198cc7f3af.pdf
